We never compete with partners for the client relationship

You won a mandate wave, not a connector backlog.

Two very different partners carry these mandates to market: the ASPs and Access Points who hold the accreditation, and the tax accountants whose clients the law actually hits. The connector you're each about to build already exists — white-label, behind your brand. Pick your seat below.

02 Track 01 · ASPs & Access Points

One integration. Every ERP connector.

PeppolBridge is not an Access Point and never competes with you for the accreditation or the client. We run white-label behind yours: integrate once and inherit 40+ named ERP connectors, five integration patterns and every country profile as a versioned rule-pack.

ESTABLISHED SPs ENTERING THE GULF & SEA

We are your local long-tail coverage.

Your stack already handles SAP, Oracle and the global cloud ERPs beautifully. What it can't reach is the Gulf and Southeast Asian long tail — Tally installs in trading companies, AutoCount and SQL Account across Malaysian SMEs, air-gapped legacy systems, spreadsheet invoicers. That's our entire specialty, run behind your brand.

  • Tally, AutoCount, SQL Account, Focus, custom Gulf legacy ERPs — covered
  • White-label: your clients see your brand, full stop
  • Full API integration into your existing dashboard
  • Serve a client's UAE entity and Malaysian subsidiary on one platform
NEW & LAUNCHING ASPs

Win your first client — pay only when invoices flow.

Newly accredited, or accrediting now, with no client base yet? Fixed platform fees make no sense for you — and we don't have any. Pricing is per invoice, so it starts at zero: connector capability you can cite in your accreditation submission, a pipeline pitch built on 7-day onboarding, and costs that only exist once your clients start sending.

  • Zero platform fee — 100 free invoices per tenant each year, then per-invoice
  • Connector capability you can cite in accreditation submissions
  • Joint pitch support on your first deals
  • Published rates from AED 0.18 per invoice, falling with volume

SAP to Tally to custom legacy — plus email capture for the clients who invoice from spreadsheets.

Integration patterns
5 · API to on-prem

Invoices flow out on all five; statuses — and, on receiving markets, incoming AP invoices — flow back on the API, database and agent patterns.

Rule-packs
Versioned, per market

Peppol BIS 3.0 live in Belgium; PINT AE and PINT MY ready; Oman and Qatar tracked as they firm up.

03 Track 02 · Tax accountants & firms

Bring the answer. Keep the client.

Belgium's mandate is live and enforced since April. Malaysia's MyInvois runs nationwide. The UAE clock runs out on 30 October 2026. You already advise the businesses these dates hit — bring them the compliance answer without becoming a software company.

REFER OR RESELL

Your brand, your call

Refer clients for recurring margin per client, or resell under your own brand with a white-label onboarding portal. Either way you keep the client relationship — we stay invisible.

NO CODE

The connector already exists

No development, no software project, no hire. A guided four-step ERP connect you can run for your client — or hand to us. Your team's job stays advisory.

FINANCE-TEAM-SAFE

Writes only what's approved

The API, database and agent patterns read invoices out and write back only what the client signs off: delivery statuses, errors and — on receiving markets — incoming AP invoices. Scoped, audited, zero schema changes — safe to put your name behind.

  • Works whatever the client runs — SAP to Tally to spreadsheets via email capture
  • Status per client in one dashboard: lifecycle, health, document volumes
  • The white-label onboarding portal carries your logo, not ours
  • Recurring margin on every client, agreed up front — for as long as they stay
your-portal / clients
Client management dashboard: every client with lifecycle stage, health and send/receive document volumes
Every client under your management, one screen — lifecycle, health, send / receive volumes.
connect erp — guided setup
Guided four-step ERP connection wizard with pattern selection and credentials check
Four-step guided ERP connect — run it for your client, or we do.

ERP consultancies & resellers: same track. You own the ERP relationships — bring the compliance answer to your client base with recurring margin while we handle the plumbing.

04 Why partners win

What you walk away with.

SPEED

Speed as a sales weapon

Quote 7-day cloud onboarding while competitors quote quarters — and quote the honest 2–4 weeks on legacy that builds trust. In a deadline-driven market, that wins deals.

LEVERAGE

Multi-market leverage

Sign a client in Dubai, serve their Kuala Lumpur subsidiary the same week. One platform, five rule-packs, and the next mandate already on the radar.

DEPTH

Engineering depth on tap

Our team has shipped connector infrastructure across five jurisdictions. Escalations reach engineers who wrote the rule-packs — not a ticket queue.

05 How partnership works

Four steps to a live partnership.

Intro call & fit check

Thirty minutes: your market, your accreditation status or client book, your pipeline. We're honest if it isn't a fit.

Technical validation

One real client ERP, end-to-end in sandbox. You see the onboarding claim with your own data before signing anything.

Commercial terms

White-label, referral or resale structure, margin, per-invoice rates scoped to your volume. Standard agreements — no procurement marathon.

Joint go-live playbook

Shared onboarding runbook, escalation paths, and co-marketing where it makes sense. Then we scale your pipeline together.

No forms. Book thirty minutes instead.

Whether you hold an accreditation or a client book, the conversation is the application: bring your market, your ERP long tail and your questions — we'll bring the connector. Prefer email? sales@jinacode.systems.

07 Partner FAQ

The deal-breaker questions, answered first.

No, structurally. PeppolBridge holds no regulatory accreditations and signs no end clients directly in partner markets. We are middleware — your accreditation, your client, your brand. Our revenue grows only when yours does.

Yes — most partners run PeppolBridge invisibly via the API, with white-label onboarding portals available to partners. Your clients see your brand, full stop.

Yes — that's the point of the track. There is no code to write: the connectors exist, onboarding is a guided four-step connect, and if you'd rather not run it we do. You refer or resell under your brand and keep the client relationship; your work stays advisory.

Both directions, with guardrails. Invoices are read out of the client's ERP, and delivery statuses — plus incoming AP invoices on receiving markets — are written back through the same scoped channel. Every write is agreed at discovery and fully audited; ledger structure, masters and configuration are never touched.

Per-invoice pricing starts at zero: no platform fee, 100 free invoices per tenant each year, and cost only appears once your clients start sending — billed only on successful delivery. Rates are published, from AED 0.18 per invoice falling with volume; committed plans go lower. Full rate card on the pricing page.

Recurring margin on the accounts you bring, agreed in the commercial-terms step — for as long as the client stays. Resellers buy at partner rates and set their own client pricing.

All five covered markets — UAE, Malaysia, Belgium, Oman, Qatar — plus early positioning for the markets on our radar.

08 Move first

Don't build the bridge. Cross it.

UAE's ASP deadline is 30 October 2026 — days away. Oman's pilot starts in August. Whether you hold the accreditation or the client relationships, every week of delay is a competitor's onboarding window.
